Please include as much of the following as is appropriate:

 

-  Your contact details so we can get in touch

-  Which device you are using (Android, iPhone, other) and which version

-  Include your username

-  DO NOT include your password

 

Also

 

-  Please describe the problem

-  Include screenshots where appropriate and if possible. Only attach 3-4 images per email, you can send multiple emails if you need to show more details in more images.

-  Include date/times that the error happened

-  Has this issue worked previous? What has changed since it last worked for you? (New phone, new ISP)
